Just in case anyone cares to look at my faculty web page, as weird as it is since yes I'm proud of my weirdness and don't care if the students know, head here. DocDana. It needs more links for science (since it has well none at this point) but you get the basic idea.

That was 10 years ago already. that's the black hills of SD, Harney Peak. Climbed all the way up there, fell down the steps of the observation tower blew out my knee again (in spite of the brace). My boyfriend laughed at me the whole climb back down. It's hard to kick his butt with only one good leg

I would definitely feel rocky standing on a rock like that. I don't think I've ever been in good enough shape to climb that many stairs either.

You've got more guts than I have (not literally, though - I can look down and see mine blocking the view of my feet).

Yeah actually it was only a few stairs. The climb itself was about 10 K up 7,500+ feet. I get a good luck at my guts too trust me

I have a whole list of things actually including the vulcan philosphy (with my luck my lone Japanese student would call me on baka ya ro even if I was mumbling it under my breath his way some times)

I was afraid a little of putting out the personal interests then decided to hell with it. I think the students LIKE friendly over cold and impersonal. I never thought of using LJ. If this doesn't work out (Uploading the the website) I might do that next
