Man the dream I had last night but before that, this new TBS commerical fits the surreal bill. It's for Lord of the Rings. It's basically a video for 'Secret Lovers' by Atlantic Starr with Frodo and Sam as the secret lovers. It's like OMG, you didn't go for the slash. Oh yes you did. They picked all the sunlight scenes and huggy scenes and choreographed them to the song as an ad for the movie this weekend. I nearly spit my Kashi at that one.

Now the dream. sarakat was getting married and me and southernbangel were two of her bridesmaids. Now for some reason it was a late night and UNDERGROUND wedding. I couldn't see my dress but I was happy with it but I needed to buy shoes. i was wearing periwinkle burkies and I needed black pumps. I had only 15 minutes to buy them and make it to the service. (because that's planning on my part). I know this because the clock said it was 1:67 in the morning (just go with it).

I couldn't find shoes so decided to go barefoot. Now I'm running to make the ceremony. I get to the cave tour enterance and they're having a prayer ceremony that I get caught up in only to find out that this isn't where the wedding is. I have to go across the town for that. Now I'm walking alone at night, barefoot and I'm being followed by a street gang straight out of central casting. I know I just have to cross the tracks and I'll be safe.

I make it and across the field are all these interconnected bars and the enterance to the cave wedding was in one of them. But I couldn't find which one and they were all very crowded. I was late and frantic because I couldn't find the damn wedding and sarakat 's hubsand to be hated me anyhow. I woke up before I found the wedding.

WHAT prompts my brain to do these things? Really? Stupid brain.

Sounds like the dreams I invariably have. Where I need to be somewhere important, but I need to get something first, and then when I think I've finally arrived where I'm supposed to go, it's not the right place, something else is going on and then the dream inevitably tangents from there into whatever random thing I've walked in on instead.

Hahahahahaha!!! Dude, I'm so gonna make you and southernbangel my bridesmaids now. That is assuming of course that I get married someday. And decide to have the wedding at night and in a cave. And you'll HAVE to go barefoot too of course. ;)

And I've seen that commercial! Hysterical! Jeremy says there's another one that's even slashier. Ewwwwww!

Love your dreams. Although it does remind me of that one I had ages ago where I was marrying a vampire and then freaked just before the wedding because I realized I had forgotten to invite my family. Heh. But it definitley beats the one I had the other night, where Jayne was trying to make tarzan swings across Central Park. Weird, but damn, there was beautiful scenery shots in it.
