Something to Chase the Blues Away

Namely I won a bunch of awards. Well the first one isn't so much a win as an honorable mentiom from the Semper Sanguis awards which are now closed for my story With Dead Eyes, a Spike/Dru story centering around the first few weeks of Spike's new life.

The next are all Spike Threw the Heart awards which are now on hiatus to august.

I won runner up for the Top Slayer award for First Night, a still in H.S. story about Buffy, Angel and the Scoobies at a New Year's Eve party

Won the Unfinished Symphony award for Like Stone, a future fic WIP set about 20 years into the future, Buffy and Angel are married, Connor, still not speaking to Angel is a homicide detective with the LAPD and Dawn comes to town with a mystery.

 

And a Touch of Grey won big. This is a Spike/Faith colloborative written for the Warm Champagne challenge where Faith has a Slayer Dream about Angel dying. Angel, however, isn't concerned about the attempts on his life so Faith and Spike set out to help him anyhow. It won for best evil, best angst and the Master award

 

Oh and a little pimping check out Kristi and Ashley's award site Still His Girl it's mostly B/A fic but a few categories for other stuff. I'm STILL the only one in the action category. I refuse to believe in a show based on action no one else is writting action based B/A stories so please, don't be shy, go nominate yourself.

I love all of your stories. I was really looking forward to reading one of them but unfortunately this spoiler phobe will have to wait until I've seen the Angel series finale!
