my day so far

I had to go to the dentist at some ungodly hour. Why? I must have thought I wsa still working when I made the appointment...so my teeth are all nice and clean and nothing new has exploded so...yay me

Then I FINALLY go take my driver's test. Yes OH stupid state that it is makes you retake the exam. I've had the rule book for months. Finally looked at it this week. Did you know you're supposed to sound your horn when you pass? Like that's not going to freak someone out. So I take the test. Nearly fail the eye exam (big shock, I'm half way to blind) and while I passed the test with flying colors (why it repeated questions I don't know) I apparently don't know how deep my tire tred is supposed to be (1/16th of inch). They had a lot of weird non-driving and more car owner related questions.

So it's only then when I'm at the liscening bureau do I realize I've forgotten my car title so I can't switch that over yet. I ask how much it will be for transfer my title and get my plate. The girl behind the counter doesn't know (she only works there). She has to ask THREE other people (apparently dealing with me drains the intelligence of customer service people) finally they say 23$. I know that can't be right, too cheap. I was right. That was what it cost for the photo id. I left not knowing the cost of title transfering since no one could tell me. I guess that'll be a pleasant surprise when i get there.

in the TMI department, i only got half the kitchen cleaned before cramps about killed me. Took some pills, tried to garden a little. Roy, my love, your furry kitty head just isn't helping. We planted the hyacinth bean and the shepard's hook which bowed terribly when I hung the plant on it. WTF? This thing is made expressly for the purpose of hanging flowers. I don't even have the coconut bowl all the way filled with dirt or flowers. Sheesh.

kinda sitting around waiting on pain relief before braving the kitchen again. At least half the bathroom got cleaned up too.

Roy has to help. He HAS to. Just like Rogue has to help pulling weeds. *nods* Except she gets excited and pulls out plants that aren't weeds.

You know, I just signed up on line and got my FL license renewed. I've got a FL license with an IN address. Go fig.
