Tossing this out there
Jun. 28th, 2004 11:20 amFor all you computer friendly people on my Flist, do any of you have a clue why my Dell Dimension 2350 gets jammed up every time I try to print a PDF (especially the ones I can fill out on the computer) I'm doing that a lot lately and every time after it's done printing I pretty much have to shut down IE where I pulled the forms from because it becomes nonresponsive. My printer really hates them too and goes as slow as possible, not to mention printing these means no other windows can be used (i.e. I can't go work on word perfect while a PDF is printing).
Oh and telling me because it's a Dell and therefore sucks doesn't help. I already KNOW that much.

Date: 2004-06-28 03:18 pm (UTC)I have issues with the 6.x series causing lockups. When it locks, Do Ctrl-Alt-Delete to bring up the task manager, Select the Adobe Acrobat task and click 'end task'. Then try it again, see if that works.
