For another run at Dell. If you're looking for me on YIM tonight, it's not likely to happen. I'm having to redownload it and EVERYTHING else. I called Dell over that 'serious fault' and was told that even though the error message said it was hardware at fault the error numbers I so thoughtfully wrote down are in fact software (i.e. the stuff that's not covered by warrenty)

After teaching some poor man from india how to swear loudly, I inform him I've been calling every 6 weeks since I got this piece of shit (yes I used those words) and if he doesn't want to see it raining over his head as confetti it better get fixed. He asked did I reinstall everything like I was told to do last time and I said NO because you morons never sent me all the discs.

He then has me burn my hard drive (I forgot the damn bookmarks) and shows me how to wipe the slate clean and set it back to the out-of-box settings. Let's pray this fixes it before I murder everyone remotely related to Dell. Now I have to reinstall everything. I'm going to be here forever.

And I think something went WRONG. All of the graphics from online are blurry to the point of being unrecognizeable

I feel for you man, damn Dell. Well, that is the problem with Dell, I have some problems with Dell a few months ago too but now after I reformatted my computer following instructions guided by one of their technical support people thru phone, its seems okay now..well lets juz pray that nothing goes wrong again *touch wood*. Anyway, I don't like about Dell is that, they seems to come in different bits and pieces. I don't know about you but that's how I feel about Dell. I hope your problem can be settle asap =D
