trick or treat drabbles
Oct. 31st, 2006 04:12 amjust in time for the holiday (and no, not dead yet but I sure feel it. the antibiotics cause confusion, dizziness, light headedness, hallucinations, nightmares and suicidal thoughts...first thought WTF did he give me? second thought, well i have the first three, can the last three be far behind?)
Spike - S2 - Missed Opportunity
He almost had her. If he had just bragged a little less and slaughtered a little more, he could have added a third Slayer to his list. But oh no, he had to mess around and try to drag the kill out, savoring it. Kills like this didn’t happen every day. Just his bloody luck, the strange spell that had turned everyone into their costumes - and he wanted to shake the hand of the person who came up with this idea - ended just as he was about to drink Buffy dry. His sweet treat turned into a nasty trick.
Connor - Post NFA -Overdoing it
He never had Halloween growing up. Oh, he remembered them, could tell anyone who asked what he wore when he was in second grade but he knew that none of that really happened, no running door to door screaming trick or treat..
That’s why he had to make up for it now, Connor reasoned as he went into the frat house. Hours later, not sure how he got home and with an unexplained bump on his forehead, Connor was certain of one thing. Vast quantities of beer, Butterfingers and peanut butter cups tasted a lot better going down than coming up.
