More Merry Christmas

My brother finally has a good paying job...and apparently he and his wife went insane. They spent way too much on me.

Highlight gifts - manga (at least a half dozen books curtesy of brother), gemstone jewelry all made by dad, food processor and bread maker, a malachite and bone 'letter opener' (i'm thinking athame), and a cashmere sweater with an antique lace under shirt, very pretty.

5.11pm, my grandparents just arrived. Boxing Day is actually the bigger day, my uncle is getting here LATE tonight (midnight-ish), and we have the big lunch and hats etc tomorrow.

Well crap, I'm jealous. We didn't do family gifts for Xmas at all this year, but I know I'm getting something good for my birthday next week because I picked it out myself. Whee.

Yes, those are my feet. I'm waiting for my supplier to have something besides ugly men's socks in the larger unisex sizes, and then you will get tabi socks of your very own. If you can fit in a 25 cm. sock size, though, tell me. 25 cm. is a perfect fit for my size-8 foot, with maybe a little stretch room for a size 9.
