Thanks all
Feb. 14th, 2007 04:17 pmfor all the really sweet Valentine's. I really appreciate them
I'm still bumming around relaxing and thinking about tonight's romantic dinner...for one. Ginger orange shrimp and a braccioli salad sounds good to me with maybe some of that pinot noir I have.

Date: 2007-02-15 02:57 am (UTC)Someday I would like to be able to actually celebrate Valentine's day. Not because I believe in it; just because I've never been able to celebrate Valentine's day.

Date: 2007-02-15 05:28 am (UTC)Braccioli is dried beef found in Italian markets. I just take a salad (in a bag) add in what i want (tomatoes, fresh mozzarelli etc) and the you layer it with the meat and drizzle with EVOO and lemon juice

Date: 2007-02-15 12:46 pm (UTC)(I'm embarrassed to say that I had to google braccioli, cause I had no idea what it was.)
But what a great dinner! With food like that, dinner for one ain't so bad. Now, dinner for one over a cold bowl of cereal or nuked beefaroni... Deeeepressing...
