Ensemble – pre-series Schoolyard Rumor

“I don’t think it works like that,” Willow said dubiously.

“Sure it does. It’s a scientific fact,” Jesse argued.

“Exactly. Everyone knows it,” Xander said.

Willow eyed them both. “Scientific fact? Let’s see proof.”

“How can we, when you won’t try it?” Jesse winked at her.

”There is no way color makes a difference, you two.” Willow went back to eating her snack.

“We’ll get proof. We just need a delivery system,” Xander said, shaking the M&M’s out into his hand. He started separating them out by color.

“Green makes you horny, Willow. Trust us,” Jesse said.

Willow rolled her eyes.






Angel, Spike, Connor post series – Wearing of the green

Connor winced as he went to cut down the demon. “I can’t believe St. Paddy’s Day got ruined.”

“You’re just lucky we showed up,” Spike said.

“What I can’t believe is how drunk you are.” Angel eyed his son sourly.

“Hello, college student, a drinking holiday, Irish blood, what the hell are you expecting? A saint?” Connor rubbed his arm, setting his blade down.

“Get tagged, kid?” Spike asked.

Angel went over and examined Connor’s arm: no wounds, just a new tattooed arm band of stylized Celtic knotwork in green.

“Got something to say?” Connor asked.

“It’s kinda cool.” Angel smirked.

Oh, I remember it. I'm sure that's why the Green M&M is female, too; and one of the commercials where she was benig "interviewed," she was asked, "C'mon, are those rumors really true?"
