Feeling bad

I hate this and I'm not happy. I finally got a call back from the endocrinologist because my sugars are high. REALLY high. Dangerously so. The weird thing was two months ago this drug made them go too low as I'm sure you remember. Well his only reaction is 'go on insulin'

Okay yeah that will work BUT it doesn't tell me WHY this happened. Okay I'm sorry but one month you're under tight control and the next nothing works? What the hell is that about? I want answers to that. A shoulder shrug and 'that's how diabetes goes' isn't good enough. Less than 3 months ago, I just needed pills. SOMETHING has to be happening and i'm not going to be satisfied until we know more.

the other thing is on break I didn't take the injection some times and my sugar improved. Well i decided today to a) stop the injections and see what happens (its not like i'm going to get WORSE) because i'm thinking this drug is doing something b) after a week of this I'm going to restart the other medicine he stopped.

Is it dangerous? yeah but i'm a medical doctor and I have testing equipment. I know what to do. If it makes no difference then what choice do i have? if it does make a difference I want to know what the hell he's been doing to me
