mjules made me an icon that just sums it all up for me. THANKSAnd the massage therapist was right...i am sore. Hell yesterday it was like I had been hit with a kendo stick all over my chest, shoulders and arms. Some of the deep releases have swollen up. Pouts. I have fibromyalgia in theory. She thinks it's more likely myofascitis. Either way, an 'autoimmune' inflammation of all the muscle and fascia attachments in my body. Being touched hurts and always has. It's part of the reason I don't really like being touched.
It's too hot to think. Gah I hate the summer. Everyone complains about winter. I'd rather have snow to my ass than this heat. (of course my Arizonian and Floridian flist contingent are probably laughing at me the way I laugh at them when they think 65 is cold)

Date: 2007-05-25 04:27 pm (UTC)I hear you about the massage therapy. I sometimes have to alternate deep tissue massage with relaxation massage for that exact reason. If I have her really work on my neck, shoulders and back I know I'm going to be aching for a couple days. Especially when she works on releasing all the lovely nodules.
