I made it back to PA just fine. Gah the house is so torn up. the downstairs work bench has been turned into a dorm-like 'kitchen' of toaster ovens, hot pots and microwaves (I feel like i'm back in Rhinelander) while mom and dad remodel the kitchen.

why does driving make you so tired? I can't even think of what else i want to say

I loathe driving. When I was in my 20s and 30s, I liked it.

Now, in my 60s, I don't mind it - within a 20-30 mile radius, but I can't drive long trips anymore. It's just too tiring.

i'm even worse with public transport. I can't deal with the loss of control and i get motion sick
