You KNOW the day shall suck when you wake up two hours before the alarm because somehow all the flipping on the bed you're doing has caused you to give yourself a wedgie (my mother found this totally amusing).

I print out my blood sugar and am all ready to get to the doctor's while my students are testing. I get to the office and think 'hmm they didn't call me to confirm the appointment. better check.' It's next monday. Head desk. I go to print out the test. Forgot my flash drive at home. Scream.

drive back home (thankful i went to work early and I live within 10 miles) get flash drive. Give test. Crash foot into desk, split nail. Come home hide under the couch. the tests find me and insist on being graded. Grade tests. WHimper, find booze.

The only highlight, Arby trying hard to pounce on Roy to make him play and Roy bitch slapping him. This does not deter Arby. Neither does me pushing him away or his mom coming to get him. We decide let what happen may. Go ahead Arby. Bite Roy's tail. I bet he'll just love that.
