seriously, just ouch. My doctor called and said I could bump up my appt but to a time three days from now when i have class. And now I know one thing. It's NOT in the joint. I think it's a problem with the gastroc muscles head, like a severe tendonitis or worse, that area is riddled with varicose vein. I can feel something in the area with definite edges that moves. I'm afraid it's a clot, even though i know it's very unlikely. I think my butt is going to urgent care after class tomorrow. I'm not going to make it to my appt because my leg is detriorating. I can't walk without my brace and I can't even lift my leg to get up the steps, the foot drops and the pain is incredible. Gah. Why, body why?

and in happier news I rented Chrono Crusades which is very silly in some ways but kinda fun. It's set in the 1920's in NYC, you get gun toting nuns and her devil companion/UST device. Sister Rosette is actually a rather strong woman, a dangerously klutzy one but still strong. You dont' get that enough in anime (though the eppy i'm in now has Sister Rosette under cover with a lot of her wiggling her ass and jiggling her boobs) the voice actor for Chrono, the adorable devil companion she has, is also the same one for Goku and pope Alessandro in trinity blood, Greg Ayres. Color me amused

Do you find the dub of Chrono Crusade as entertaining as I do? They apparently did research to use correct period slang, and I find the puns and humourous inserts really great. (Rosette: Not all that glitters is a gold-digger!)

I loved that golddigger line and yes, I am liking the period slang and the puns (and I dont' like puns). I think this is fun. but i HATE (yes in all caps) Rosette's voice actress. Her voice is like a cheese grater on skin.

Hilary Haag is really grating. She's one of the DNAngel twins as well, and I was shuddering when I heard her. I believe she's also Excel in Excel Saga, which actually fits, at least in my mind

My personal favorite line is when Sister Kate says with regard to Rosette and Chrono "Sympathy for the devil aside..." but it may not come for a while.

Owies. I can't even imagine. I guess you never got Hakkai after I kidnapped him and gift wrapped him for ya. Possibly he ran away, I probably shouldn't have bound and gagged him. And here I thought he was into that.

It might be a video game too but I know it's a rather longish manga series and there's a couple anime discs (i'll have to look it up on netflix to see how many) It was a blast.
