So sorry about your health, but at least there's a bright side to your day. I feel a connection with water so I'm not surprised I'm drawn to that one. The fire is pretty though. *drools*

The Gaelsong catalog has that same set. They supposedly contain clay from the Ganges River, or at least their version does. I was interested in them, but the $170 price tag for all five was a bit off-putting. Nor could I afford the $88 raven pentacle plaque, which was on the same page and which I drooled over liberally.

that's interesting. His stuff is copyrighted so either a) he's making them for Gaelsong or b) he's not been truthful

i did NOT pay anywhere near that

If you like elemental topics, you might wanna watch Avatar, the last airbender. It's very cute, somewhat reminds me of FMA (ie: Magic powers!) and is a little deeper then the average kids show.

I'm torn between air and fire. But those are really exquisite, all of them.

I'm trying to think of an alternate way you could put them up, without having to hang them on the wall. Depending on whether they'd be hanging above something...could you maybe devise a frame and inset them into that, and then stand it up? Some alternate to having them right on a wall?

There's a site called Avatar Portal with all the eps on it, but I've never checked it out to see if it works. >_< This new season's shaping up to be pretty good.

thanks

and to be honest, not really. as my physical therapy has shown me, there are NO available walls in this place to put anything against, including my body for wall squats

The plaques in Gaelsong, according to the letterpress, are "Produced by a fair-trade co-operative in Calcutta." Which doesn't mean, of course, that they didn't buy the molds, or the rights of reproduction, from the artist you bought them from. As for the price, as much as I love Gaelsong, I always suspected their stuff was overpriced.

You now need a real wall to display them on.
