Well, I suppose if one can't beat 'em, might as well join 'em. I don't mind seeing Christmas stuff up in craft stores, because you need to get started on such things early; and CostCo, I know, always runs a month early on things; and oh, okay, the Hallmark shops need to get their stuff up early...

But when I saw Christmas decorations up in MACY'S, in OCTOBER, I just couldn't take it. Might as well run the parade and bring Santa out in August. *bleah*

i know. Like you said, craft stores it's a necessary evil to be ready for the fall craft shows but yeah, some stuff was out in September here. It went out with the halloween stuff.

October HELL! They started putting out their Yule stuff in SEPTEMBER here... MID September. They moved their Halloween displays out of the way to make room for the trees.
