Things I forgot last post

oceanic symphony I wanted to share this since i finally mailed it. It was a gift I made for mjules since she said she loved the ocean so I made a piece of it she could take with her anywhere.

and I can't believe i forgot this. cut for spoilers

Don't get me wrong. I still love it but i'm far more annoyed with it this year. I really like Micah and his new family. I love Hiro back in time. I love Ando worrying but the rest of it?

1. Peter's whole story line blows. Unlike the rest of my flist I'm not a giant Peter fan (wow, that sounds so bad...really i think maybe I am a giant peter fan but I digress) I don't hate him but he's never made me gaga. So, losing your memory turns a sweet, caring selfless man into a jackass? good to know. I don't mind Caitlin. It's Peter I want to kick repeatedly. What is the purpose of this? To show him half (or fully thank you decontaimination scene) naked? Well I guess now we know the virus has been unleashed and we know what we have to stop to save the world this time

2. Claire. Um...okay, I didn't mind your boyfriend at first but now he's just a creepy bastard. Surely calling the cops on the drunk ass cheerleader would have worked. Did we need to risk our secrets and being psycho about it and frankly why freak after the fact. Surely you couldn't have thought it was a good idea when you did it! And honestly your boyfriend flies. your dad flies. Your dad is a philandering bastard. Maybe you might want to look into if your snogging a half brother, i'm just saying is all

3. Suresh, have you gone fucking stupid? I mean seriously. Did Nikki hitting you scramble that big brain of yours? Okay so you think you've made a deal with the devil. You do NOT tell the devil you know you're working for the truth you moron. Your stupidity jerked me out of the storyline and made me throw things (however, is it wrong to be amused that the person heading up the Diwali festival I'm going to this weekend is Dr. Suresh?)

4. Maybe Nikki is gonna die. Goddess please let her die. That would not annoy me

5. Hiro, sweetpea, you could at least sleep with the princess once before leaving her (yeah yeah I know she'll get pregnant and ruin the time line but still, buddy, you missed your chance

6. Adam, holy hell, didn't see that coming. loved it.

thing everyone must learn about Heroes:

Mohinder pretty.
Mohinder stupid.

That's all you have to remember to keep from throwing things at the screen. After all, this is the guy that, despite knowing EXACTLY what Sylar could do, knowing exactly how ruthless he was, left him ALIVE and unconscious instead of chopping off his head, hacking his body into pieces, and burying every piece in a separate state (or country, for that matter).

And wow, Adam. That was awesome. But it left us wondering, does this mean "invulnerable" means you also regenerate from old age? So is Claire immortal, too? Or did Kensei/Adam somehow get pulled forward in time with Hiro? (Now we know why the symbol is connected, at least.)

hmmm you know i never even thought about Kensei being pulled forward. I figure if your body always regenerates it won't ever age...

He's probably science-smart and people-stupid (I have met folks like that... me, I'm grammar-smart, people-stupid... *g*).

It was actually the first thing I thought, but Barb was on the regeneration thing, and you guys are probably right, it makes more sense.

But I think about things like time travel. Did Hiro really "mess up" the timeline, or did he do what he'd already done in the past? Was he ALWAYS the "real" Kensei? The one the stories are about? Kensei's symbol was always there as a part of the original "heroes" life, from all the pictures we've seen of the Petrelli/Parkman/Nakamura/etc. older group - if he was always Adam Monroe, one of that gang, then Hiro only did what he was destined to do...

Or did that cause a split, and a secondary timeline? Did the first Adam Monroe exist as the legendary Kensei only to have that title stripped from him by Hiro's timeline mishap? If so, does he remember that messed-up timeline, or just his bitterness from Hiro "stealing" his girl?

God, I love time-travel stories... *g*

well you ask many good questions about time travel. for my part, I think Hiro always HAS been the hero he learned about as a boy and fulfilled his own destiny especially since he reveals that he doesn't get to live with the princess.
