something i forgot
Oct. 5th, 2008 02:22 pmthat both impressed me and irritated me. At the end of the mud show, when the actors were taking their bows and making their spiel for bus-king, one of the kids threw something at him. He stepped out of character and admonished the kid, saying he realized throwing mud looked like fun but do you throw things at people at home (to which the kid answered yes). After making a crack about bad parenting, the actor went back to his spiel (which allowed for the kids to take pictures with them for a small donation) and those brats kept throwing things. That's when he lost it and told the parents off because they were LAUGHING at him being angry over their brats' behavior. The actor was worried the smaller kids would get hit. I was impressed that someone (probably to the detriment of his tips) took someone to task publically and irritated that these parents thought it was funny their kids were misbehaving and that they didn't care that their kids could hurt someone.

You are The High Priestess
Science, Wisdom, Knowledge, Education.
The High Priestess is the card of knowledge, instinctual, supernatural, secret knowledge. She holds scrolls of arcane information that she might, or might not reveal to you. The moon crown on her head as well as the crescent by her foot indicates her willingness to illuminate what you otherwise might not see, reveal the secrets you need to know. The High Priestess is also associated with the moon however and can also indicate change or fluxuation, particularily when it comes to your moods.
