and this is what it holds for me

Goat Overview
This may not be as favorable as a year that you desire. Coming off the year of the Rat, you may be seeking relief from the difficult year. Don't let up now. The Goat is artistic in nature and you may have difficulties finding a way to express your creative passions. It will take an extra effort to rely on the help of others to make it through these times, but if you keep a steady focus on your goals and display painstaking efforts, you will be pleased to see the fruits of your labor arrive next year. Don't fret, as you may learn a lot about yourself in the process. You may learn that you are more versatile, as well as resourceful, than you ever imagined.

Goat Rating
32% (5 neutral and 7 unfavorable months) seriously not ONE good month??

Goat Career
Career prospects are fair this year for the Goat. It is wise to take a conservative approach to your work this year. Stay focused on what you are accomplishing, the end result. Projects and goals may not mature until the early part of next year and this could create a sense of frustration and pessimism if you allow it. Break your year down to short term goals and focusing on accomplishing them. This will detract from the patience it will take from your long term situation. Have faith in your skills and don't let anyone deter you from your path.
yeah to be honest I'm rethinking my job search in this economic climate

Goat Relationships

The Goat may find solace in your family relations this year, as they will offer you the support you need to see through challenging situations. You may also see a lot of new faces in your life, as you are prone to meet new people this year. Relationships fare well for you, but you may have to be a little more outgoing than you are used to being, in order to see your relationship progress to a higher level. The single Goat may be blessed to have several suitors this year. wow, all at once? That would be sweet...until I got tired

Goat Health
If you don't make some changes in your routine, you may experience health issues this year. Watch what you eat, as this will go a long way towards living a healthier life. Be patient, as you may experience an illness in the winter months that zaps your energy for a longer period of time than you desire. Make sure that you get plenty of rest to counter these possibilities. already there

Goat Wealth
Finances could be an issue this year. You may find that even with your conservative efforts, you are coming up short on your budget. If you manage your spending and plan your finances, you will make it through the year. You may have to wait until next year to see the fruits of your labor, as it promises to be more profitable than this year

speaking of which I was going to get online this afternoon then didn't because well I was being lazy and watching foodnetwork when the phone rings. I FORGOT I had a phone interview with that Catholic college (btw they seemed nice). I am a complete and utter idiot. To be honest i couldn't think of a single thing to ask them. I NEED to come up with a list of questions (Input welcome) to keep handy for these things. Barring some truly moronic things that fell out of my mouth it went okay. I'm not too keen that they might want me to teach biomechanics (OMG YUCK) and exercise physiology (um well i guess you haven't seen me so you have NO idea how ironic that is)

Also got a rejection from another college back home. Well no duh i didn't even get a phone interview (which yeah that actually hurts at this stage of the game)

Every time I think maybe Roy and Kyo might work, things go a little bad. Kyo won't get off the furniture. THis is upsetting Roy so much he's out in the freezing cold. Oddly he was also acting like I was going to hit him today. I'm not sure why. He almost hissed at me. SO yeah not too sure about this. Kyo, on the other hand, sees no problems with any of this. I feel really bad for Roy

Hey it's supposed to snow four inches tonight and like five tomorrow. Here's hoping. I actually have a job where I might not have to come to work. Wonders if I can turn my yoga mat into a sled and go down the hill behind the apt. I have olive oil cooking spray. If you don't hear from me in several days, you know the answer was no.

I have one. Nyah, nyah. I wish I'd bought that psychedelic plastic one for a couple of bucks at Rural King two weeks ago, though.

Our new addition, Koko... his favorite past time is to harass, abuse and otherwise annoy the other cats. He enjoys it, even when Thorsten gets fed up and pins him to the floor with his teeth at his neck. He just hops up and attacks again. Thorsten is practically neurotic at this point.

*evil giggle* One would almost think you're writing a fanfic about your cats, if you took this out of context. >:)

The forecast for Tiger people is similarly gloomy, without nearly as much romantic action. Oh, woe is we.

I happen to know for a fact that cardboard boxes make great sleds. Steering and control sucks big time though. *wicked grin*

DON'T DO IT! Adult bodies don't bounce as well as kids do, when it comes to being knocked off sleds! Last time I used a cardboard box as a sled, I wound up UNDER a parked car.

My mother said I seemed so calm about it too. She heard me call out "Hey they need to check their oil pan, it's dripping." *LOL*

Whaaaat? *big blue eyes*

Even Ishte will tell you I don't do the shaking/fall apart routine until well after the situation has been resolved.

If I recall...after I crawled out from under the vehicle, mother examined my head for any lumps or cuts ( whacked it pretty hard going under) I grabbed said piece of cardboard and scrambled back up the hill to try again. I just KNEW there was a way to avoid the vehicles at the bottom and had to try out some theories.

BTW...leeeaaaaan hard left goes into a spin away from vehicles. Flopping feet out for braking, or your hands, doesn't work...just makes the spin go the other direction and back under the cars.

CLONK!

*LOL* Well I didn't exactly *plan* on going in that direction...but...well see here's the thing...cardboard has a mind of its own!!!!

Ah I see. Well I was a 'townie' for awhile and hills had to be shared with parked cars.
