I ate solids for the first time in 8 days and I think they're staying down.

Work sucked and I'm exhausted. So instead I'm going to concentrate on something fun

Yeah I know some people didn't think another one was needed. Me, I wanted one that is actually, you know going to stick to the book instead of going on crack half way through. What this one will do is yet to be seen but

No seriously, in FMA ch 74-75, ELD said Hoho looked like Cutter. Yeah yeah, whatever, ELD. So in the opening credits there he is... young Hoho and damned if he DOESN'T look like Cutter. Or a girl. Possibly both. Cute.

I liked this. A whole lot. I was hoping it would stick a tad closer to the manga as promised. Instead we get someone from Roy's team in Ishbal. Fire and Ice, hell that would have been interesting to see. Seriously. Though, if he's a rebel and has been why is he in uniform?

I liked this a lot. There was humor to it and there IS that in FMA's manga (not so in the original anime, or at least not much). I liked the plot of the episode.

I'm fascinated by the shape of Central and the HQ. I want to look at that again.

Roy, lecturing Ed only to get that lecture back from Maes. HAHAHA

They made Gracia even prettier this time.

Riza having a whole box of gloves was interesting. Was hoping she'd do more but heck it's only eppy 1.

Ed and Al were great, as expected. Roy is hot, no pun intended.

but i have one question and it's been nagging me for well probably years now but it came back to the forefront of my brain. If Kimbley's hands are kept apart by a huge hunk of wood, how does he wipe his ass?

Speaking of my favorite psycho, ah, he's still nuttier than a can of cashews. Love him.

I'm really liking the new anime so far. Alex is too. If they're going to follow closer to the manga (and I have hopes what with Father and Young Hoho in the credits), I like the setup. The first ep brings in Kimbley and the idea of massive transmutation circles as well as a bunch of other things that are poking up in the manga endgame. And the idea that Bradley is Not Good.

yes I'm liking it. There was a little uh what's since it seemedl ike even Roy didn't really know who Ed was but I think that might have just been some weird wording.

but yes Father is definitely in this so here's hoping we're not going to get some WTF homunculus are created by bringing back people (i mean WHO would bring back glutony)

I agree. I think that this episode is sort of like a foreshadowing of the stuff that Ed is going to find out later. Right now, he says he doesn't know, he doesn't care, it's not in the scope of what matters to him because he hasn't learned enough. But it's a neat foreshadow, with Isaac doing almost a microcosm of what Father is secretly trying to do to all of Amestris.

Hopefully they'll stay close to the manga. I have a feeling though we may get a few filler arcs in there since it would be pretty hard to incorporate what goes on in the manga. >.>

I also have a feeling that the people who've only seen the anime are going to start wanking about it. Fandom saddens me when that crap happens.

I think Kimbley would have someone wipe it for him then scare the poor person somehow. The idea of him rubbing his ass on the floor like a dog pops into my head as well and amuses me for some reason.
