The heat was repaired today (and out of spite it went up to 80 degrees). But at least it's done...AGAIN. Here's hoping this is the last time this is needed.

One of those high stress days and I broke down and bought frosted mini-wheats which of course I'm not supposed to eat but I love them out of the box as a snack. After this last week I deserve them. Still have no idea of all my stuff got ruined or not. Trying to buy a plane ticket to FL now.

DID go to a local author's signing. Got a book by Victoria Houston, Dead Hot Mama, she writes mysteries about this area so that could be fun. Interesting to talk to but not very helpful (i've been to enough author signings to notice that, they never want to talk about how to break in which I guess is them defending their small market)

Got Transitive Nightfall of Diamonds revamped and all done. So if you want to read a Pre-Dale Ripper story (with Ethan and Deirdre too) give it a try.

AND I did get my Lindsey ficathon story done too. Thanks to blaar_rosir for betaing it. I need to go through and flesh it out and it'll be ready.
