I'm feeling better on the z-pack. I'm still getting beat up by the cat but I'm getting better.

Called Sears today to find out why my card was declined at the walmart....only to find out according to them I wasn't and there was the charge on my card. they took it off without a fuss which was unexpected so thank you Sears.


Of my mom's three sick friends, one is holding her own, the one with lung cancer is expected to fully recover but the one with stomach cancer is down to days. She will die while I'm here most likely. She's the one who's like a cousin to the family. Really, this is when I'd rather just die fast as opposed to having all the tubes pulled out of me and wait for the coma to take me. Shudders. I don't want to die like that, then again who does? The odd thing is she's in a hospice that requires a code word to let you in. the code word is the same name as the co-worker of mine and evil_little_dog's who died of cancer last week.

I have one more rewrite to do on my short story. Oh how fun while I'm sick...

also I know Dad's trying to be helpful with me buying a new car but I might have to hit him

I'm glad you hear you're feeling better, but I'm sorry about the friend with stomach cancer.

One of the biggest mistakes I made in car shopping was not figuring out to say "no" to my stepdad when he helped me with a "new" used car. One of the worst cars I ever had. Sigh.

the thing is my uncle is a mechanic and my dad knows a ton abuot cars. I'd be stupid not to listen to them...the problem is i'm expected to make decisions right now and like exactly what they like (which okay isn't hard since I'm the one who narrowed the car list down)

yeah the new stuff is pretty much coming in dribbles that will probably suck once i'm well enough to reread it.

When the time comes to die, I'd just as soon go quickly, myself ... my aunt just passed away last week from cancer, but she was also in hospice and was sick for a long time.
