Eureka, CA (as opposed to the fictional Eureka which is starting up soon and you all should watch since it's cute and good). Scroll down to the temperature. Never again will I have to suffer horrible summers. Then again who the hell can afford to live on their own in CA on the salary they pay college profs? It DOES have a college mind you, College of the Redwoods (though it's pretty pathetic in the sciences, doesn't have a biology dept)
