the lab lost my paperwork and it took an hour and a half to get my blood drawn

I ended up with a HUGE hematoma (blood blister) on my upper arm where they had to draw me and then had a reaction to the paper tape (unusual for me) and have multiple purpura in my antecubital fossa (multiple pinpoint bruising in my elbow

And now the provost and teh head of resp. therapy need to meet with me.

oops written hastily it was finding my PAPERWORK that took that long. THey actually got me on the first stick (unusual) then left me an inch long blood clot around the injection site.
