362 people tonight and nearly 1,400 overall. Wow. We had some people drive from Maryland specifically to see this. That is impressive. Maryland isn't close. The director's sister, P, was in the room with me tonight. I wish she had always been in the room. We get along well and play off each other very well.

There was apparently a lot of pants wetting. Heard over the night, 'I just done peed my pants,' 'I'm dribbling all over the place,' 'did you just pee?' and the winner was a guy who unwittingly gave us a good slogan for next year's shirt, 'I just paid 5$ to pee my pants.'

To the parents who tried to make your little girl look at me and realized that when she was too afraid to, exited the haunted house, good for you. To the parents who dragged very small kids to this at 11pm, why aren't those kids in bed?

To the pre-teen boy who asked if he had seen me naked on Youtube, you just wish. I'm far too much woman for you, little boy.

I lost track of how many people got scared by P and slammed into my cubbyhole but i had to keep pulling the wall back and my kidney is probably bruised. I also got slammed in the face by them running into the wall, again!, and for a few moments i wasn't sure if it was blood or it just made my nose run but my nose is swollen. One brave soul tore straight through a wall. When we finally get ALL the walls to be wood, these people are going to kill themselves.

and for all of you who thought I'd hurt myself in the dark strobed maze, i didn't so nyaah. granted they maimed me a few times but i didn't do it to myself.

one of the board members handed out waters during the production for us and also went thru. She was very impressed (she also loved my moonstone triple goddess necklace which was under my shirt until afterwards). At the end of the evening round up (after midnight since people wouldn't stop coming) the director and the technical director got the kids good. Director dressed a dummy in his clothing and was upstairs in the mezzaine turning out the lights while Tech Director was talking to him. That dummy came sailing over the balcony and the lights ALL went out when it hit. Those kids jumped a mile. Hysterical. Also me and my friend, L, got special recognition for all our help in building things and keeping it running. That was nice.


Best news? There was some digital camera video recording. Once i get it from L I'll share with you guys...hmm HOW do i put video online to share? Besides a youtube account which i suppose i could get and still wouldn't know how to use

having a beer and relaxing since i ate a ton of espresso caffinated coffe candy and i can't sleep.

There's a file size limit, so if it's a long video you may need to cut it into chunks, but you just hit upload and go. It even has an automatic "post to LJ" option.
