Okay this one took a weird bounce on me. The first time are pretty normal but the last set with Faith...don't ask me how I got fixated on that holiday other than on the show, I think that was the first time we really saw how alone and vulnerable Faith could be. Oh and the last one in that set is a triple drabble. I'm not sure if that's allowed. If not feel free to yell at me. Oh all of them are PG -13 and as always all rights belong to Joss.

She wasn’t afraid to die. She knew it was coming, how it waited for her every night. There were nights she wanted it to come. Most nights she was all too aware of how much she had to live for and how much she would miss when she was gone.

Even as his cool hands touched her face, all she could think of was, to him this was some kind of perverted game. He was laughing at her. He loved every step of their battle. Just as the pain came, her last thoughts were ‘Goodbye Robin, Mommy loves you.’

How in the heck did she get Wisconsin? Rona wandered down State Street in Madison, asking herself that yet again. She was beginning to think Giles and Buffy just pulled names out of the hat when they were assigning new Slayers to their posts.

Maybe it would be quiet here. Rona wasn’t sure she was ready to be out on her own, despite all the posturing she had done back in Sunnydale. She was still a kid after all. She just hadn’t wanted Buffy to know. Seeing vampires going into A Room of Their Own, Rona knew quiet was out.

AtS S4
She knows he’s watching her. She can feel those hot blue eyes on her, burning like torches. She should have left him back at the hotel but without him she’d never find Angelus quickly. She needed her little bloodhound.

She wondered what he was thinking. Faith knew all too well her affect on guys. She’d bet anything that Connor had more on his mind than killing his father. Let him watch her ass wiggled if it kept him distracted. The last thing she needed was for him to slip the leash. This was one mission she couldn’t mess up.

Alone at the Holidays BtVS S3

She watches the blinking lights around her hotel window, thinking this wasn’t how Christmas was supposed to be. No one was supposed to be lying alone on a hard, smelly bed in a cheesy hooker motel, drinking warm beer on the holidays. Faith never had a good Christmas, not really.
Mostly she got her gifts from the people who set up Christmas trees with name tags for charity gifts in the mall. Faith looks at the cheap gifts she had gotten Buffy and her mom, even though she lied about a big party. Screw it, she was going to Buffy’s.

Deck the Halls - BtVS S3

Faith felt a little awkward, like she didn’t quite belong even as Mrs. Summers gave her a big mug of hot chocolate with a candy cane stir. Buffy had jetted out like her hair was on fire, leaving Faith alone in front of the fireplace with Joyce.

Faith liked this warm house. She thought a little about her first Watcher and missed her. At least the sudden snow outside made it feel more like a holiday. Now if she only knew what to say to Buffy’s mom. "Hey Mrs S, wanna go out and toss around a little snow?"

Joyce smiled.

The Gift - AtS S2

Faith looks at the Christmas tree on her wall. She painted it herself in art class which she actually enjoyed even if she was pretty talent-less. Just enough striped sunlight hits it to make the half-dry oils glisten and glow. Faith doesn’t expect any presents, of course, being in jail.

"Mail call, Faith," one of the guards says, handing her a package off the cart.

Faith stares at the box with its painted on ribbon, knowing it was well inspected before reaching her hands. Inside was a sack of Christmas cookies and a note, ‘Happy Christmas, Angel.’ Faith wept.

A New Home for the Holidays (triple drabble) - Post Not Fade Away
"You two are the worst carolers I’ve ever heard," Faith moaned as she headed up Hull Street.

"We’re leaving the Old North Church already?" Connor asked, snow decorating his hair.

"Your old man’s voice will curdle the holy water," she replied glancing back at Angel, not even trying to hide how glad she was he had survive Blackthorn and had come east to Boston. She was back to patrolling her home town.

"It can not!" he replied offended.

"The day before Christmas and I’m walking the freedom trail in ass-deep snow," she muttered. She whirled as father and son started ‘Silent Night’ "It’d better be a silent night or someone is getting buried in there!" Faith jerked a thumb at Copp’s Hill Burying Ground.

"Like to see you try." Connor nailed her one in the gut with a snow ball.

Faith chased him into the cemetery and Angel heard his child’s shriek as Faith stuffed snow down his pants. Faith was pretty sure Giles could have heard that scream in London. She was busy burying Connor’s head in the snow when a snowball whacked her in the back of the head.

"Oh, so you want some of this too." Faith grinned predatorily.

Dancing over headstones, listing sadly to one side or another like teeth in need of work, Faith chased Angel through the seventeenth century graveyard. Finally, she lost to the father-son tag team. Angel sat on her and they made her listen to the worst rendition of ‘Hark The Herald Angels Sing’ she’d ever endured. She was going to drown them in their eggnog later.

Eventually they headed back to her Watcher funded home. She had gone all out, tinsel, tree, decorations and tons of presents. Angel and Connor were icing. This was her best Christmas ever.

Hah! Rona in Wisconsin --- Hope she brought the Greenland gear. Who's her watcher? I'd love it to be Robin Wood....

and the Faith drabbles....you had me at: "Faith stares at the box with its painted on ribbon.." I knew I was gonna tear up, and when I read the last line, I did.

I've always loved the relationship Faith & Angel have. It's totally big brother & little sister, with that dangerous dynamic of their strength, their weakness, and their always being there for each other.

Loved the Boston drabble as well. Will this become a larger story? It does have promise. And the banter is wonderfully done.

Yeah you know Robin is about the one thing I really liked of S7.

I'm so glad everyone liking the Faith in jail story. I love playing with the Faith/Angel relationship, probably the most important one in her life.

I don't know if the Boston one will become a larger thing or not. I could stick it in the to-do box which is a scary place to be for plot bunnies

Nice work on them, I liked the Faith ATS S. 2 one the best. The last one with Angel & Connor is pretty good too.

Love all the Faith drabbles but particularly the image of Angel sitting on her so he and Scrawny Boy can sing at her.

BWAHAHAHAHA!

Almost as good as Angel trying to shove a tree up Spike's...uh....
