and i'm winning. A lot of stress flew off my shoulders when I just looked around the house and said 'fuck it.' It's not going to look like Martha Stewart lives here in just a few days time. I really wanted more time to clean but even with the time I have I tend to piss most of it away (all the more reason to get high speed. Answering 25 emails took 2 hours, yes that's about 5 minutes per email) so i get caught up in that and never get crap done.

I did find another box of winter clothes. Oh so THERE's my sweaters. I was wondering. I did find a book on 'settings.' not quite description but close enough. Got the 10$ grab bag gift for the family exchange. (I thought it was cute, two soup cups and a box of soup), i did find out that Guhl's crafting outlet no longer sells yarn. OOOPS. SOrry Rain (at this point you're one step away from a Joann Fabrics or Micheal's gift card) got my 'hold mail' card (I usually forget that one), talked to a neighbor about feeding Roy who finally came back for the first time in days. Even in the cold he no longer wants inside. oh well.

Took the clothes to goodwill. Go me. Even got my meds today since CVS is done fucking up my order.

Got a picture card from friends in medical school. I had jsut called them a couple weeks ago with no reply. I had realized to my chagrin it had been a YEAR since I talked to them and didn't even know if her newborn was a boy or a girl. I feel so bad. (granted they didn't contact me with the birth news last dec. either)

i did finally move about 100 files OFF my flashdrive. Now to move the stories I need onto it (last thing I need is to get home and realize I forgot Placid or fire and ice or gift exchange and found a season Dresden Files I had started this time last year and never finished)

going to wrap some more gifts, watch some tv and watch my living room collapse under it's own weight. At least I found the stupid memory card for my camera. It was right where i thought it was so why didn't I see it the last ten times I looked?
