Against all the odds, I got this ficathon story done. Whew. Hopefully whoever I wrote it for will like it (sorry the new Slayers don't come in until half way through) You know, that really is the biggest part of the challenge, we don't know who we're writing for. After a while we get to know each other, our likes, dislikes etc and often try to tailor our fics to fit. Having no clue leaves you with the bare bones of the challenge and you're mostly writing for youself (which is a good thing). I think that's what I like, no preconcieved notions of which what the story should go.

So without further ado I give you Alla Prima. It's set Angel S5 after Damage. It features most Angel and Spike, some of the new Slayers plus a historical bit with the fanged four

I think that's what I like, no preconcieved notions of which what the story should go. - Exactly. If someone asks I give the name, but I like the idea of people working on the challenge only and foremost, that the 'challenger' will get what she asked for (which SO doesn't equal what she would have wanted). Yeah, sometimes I'm evil.

And you wrote for... Ah yes, I reversed the roles here. You wrote for sadbhyl.

Btw, do I owe you anything from Hyperion's Son? I have the feeling I do, but it could also be my guilt over something totally different.

Oh no kidding. ANd I've run into trouble before giving someone what they asked for when it was so not what they wanted.

And yes, hopefully she'll like my story as much as I liked the one she wrote for me last time.

I've never met that problem but as long as the story followed the challenge I'm guilt-free. *g* And seems like she liked the story. I'll read it... in the near future. *spots muse hiding under the sofa* *grabs shotgun* There I go again...

To be honest, I didn't feel that bad. I liked the story and I tend to write things that make me happy while fullfilling the challenge (which I did)

Go hunt that muse down. See if she has my D/S muse captive. At least my Halloween story got done and hey Angel got some.
