evil_litte_dog asked me am I going to anime punch. To which I answered huh? You know the anime con in Columbus. Oh...that. I haven't in a couple years. So maybe I will.

I'm not sure I have time to cosplay. Then again....I might just be able to cosplay Madam Christmas. Let's see. I'm fat enough. My hair is almost long enough on its own. I'm old. See, I'm half way there. I have dark nail polish and lip stick. I have pearls. I don't have (I don't think) the gold necklace. i DID but I was much thinner then and it wouldn't fit around my fat neck if I found it now. I DO have the perfect brown coat but I do not have time to get the fake fur to trim it this time out.

That just leaves the dress. The anime has it as an ugly purple. Lovely. That's not the problem. You could make a case for the manga having it as anything dark, black, brown, even blue or red. The problem is the neckline. Oh Chris with your exposed decolletage.

I have only one dress and it's far too conservative (it's for interviews after all) It would be appropriate for Gracia or Riza but not Chris. I have a plum shell but it's meant to be worn under a plum shirt. The neckline is right but it's see-thru. Well the fan boys might like that but I prefer not to be arrested for indecent exposure. I can't put a bra under it the way it's cut. And this whole neckline of her begs the age-old question, do your boobs hang low, do they wobble to and fro. YES!

Roamans had nothing. Woman Within has a couple of things. They're not perfect. They probably wouldn't be here by friday/saturday but I'd have them next time AND I could wear it to work. (My only option HERE is wal-mart or K-mart)

it does look like a nightie which makes it less appropriate for high school reunions but very appropriate for social functions where i might get naked.

Internetz is being dumb and won't load up the links. I think you could get just about any dress so long as you had the fur trimmed coat. The only gold necklace I have has a giant horse pendent on it. XD

that's too bad. the dresses are fun. I don't really have much in the way of dresses. Skirts yes. Dresses no.

I wish I were built more femininely, because I -LOVE- the sweetness of Zelda's dress - But I never look good in stuff like that. My shoulders are HUGE, my arms are too big, my boobs are too big... *sigh*

I saw the sweetest sandals the other day... then I discovered that I'd need a size 10 in them. A size 10 never looks sweet.

As for the fur, when is Anime Punch? There are quite a few web sites that ship FAST. Lemme know and I'll start working net MAGIC and finding links for you. You'd only have to get it on with safety pins as most faux fur self edges.

it's this weekend so probably not enough time. that said wally world does have a craft spot. I'm already plotting the least # of pins that need to go thru my expensive rain coat to make this work. I need to go look to see if the fur is all the way to the end of the hem or not (boy that's a lot of fake fur...)

hahaha turns out a) Walmart no longer carries fake fur. My coat is 3 feet long and 2 feet across and so I'd need like 8 feet of fake fur.

B) walmart has no dresses

c) I forgot to look for hair clips because I iz dumb

it might be easier to look for a coat done. but yeah, it's 3 foot from shoulder to hem (is tall)

How wide does it look like it has to be? You could buy one yard (still spendy) and piece it together by sewing the back bits together and making sure to brush up the pile.

(We had to piece stuff together for Greed's collar. It was awesome.)

I have some of it already and could get more. (I also saved the receipt. No pressure, just letting you know it would be VV easy for me to get it to you. I like projects. Hell, I'm evil and came up with ANOTHER one for myself while getting stuff for the first one.)

I did Fuu for 3 ACens... why? She's just AWESOME. It's not laziness to redo a character, especially if it's for a photo shoot.

I like Fuu to just bop around in. She's so fun.

AND it's 2.99 per 12 x 12 sheet... as I said, I saved the receipt. I didn't get to JoAnn today... lemme look online as you CAN order stuff from them online.

as for me, I like the first one in Bark not black (though it's a pretty nice version of the little black dress)
