Poor Ling

He's now at the vet's overnight (my choice, I didn't want Kanda whomping on him or trying to feed them separate etc)

He did very well for his first night staying in all night. He didn't even cry at me. He wasnt too keen about the car trip but he wasn't too bad either.

The vet said I did a good job of cleaning out the wound. She confirms my thought he was running from that dog when he got bit. I never saw any blood or knew he was hurt, poor baby.

He had ear mites. I knew this. THey're treating that too

However, while he was unconscious and shaven for the wound debridement (which didn't need to be surgically done) Ling lost his fun parts. (and unlike his namesake in the icon, he's not gonna be regenerating these)

I'm betting he won't be happy to see me tomorrow.

The vet assistants want to keep him because he's such a friendly well behaved boy. He's a total flirt.

yeah the worst damage was the mud and the parking lot (gravel) had to be emergency graded

We lost our porch stray Stranger to a dog. Even if they're only playing a dog can do some serious damage, that's why we watch Bo with the cats (and Sam before him).

Poor guy. Least he's being a good patient. Missing those bits though... he'll just have to deal with it. My little boy hates the carrier. He just cries and tries to break out.
