Anyone know anything about American Broadband? I got a call from them today saying they're working with verizon to lower its costs. I could shave 30$ off my bill BUT service would be verizon but the bill via them. I'm not sure I like this. I don't KNOW them. I need to investigate first

Verizon BRoadband didn't call me back as they said they would (surprise). Fedex's overnighting it will get here two days after it was overnighted (thanks morons)

PT didn't go well. There is obviously a very bad impingement of my left cervical plexus. I can't even lift my arm and hold it. I knew it hurt as far back as 96 during aerobics at Bally's but I didn't realize how bad it had gotten. They might send me back to the orthopedic surgeon/neurologist

And I suddenly realized tomorrow I'm supposed to go to the play and NO ONE told me where to meet anyone.

ANd I suddenly realized saturday is graduation. Gah.

I can't tell you anything about American Broadband specifically. But I think I know how they work. They probably buy airtime in bulk from Verizon and then resell it. That's how they save you the money, but you still are technically on Verizon and billed through them.

It's like having a Tracfone or Net10 phone. You're actually using AT&T's service. Tracfone/Net10 is one company and they buy the minutes in bulk from AT&T and then sell them by the minute to people at varying rates. Tracfone is better if you use a lot of minutes and Net10 is better if you use almost none because of the rates. But the service is on AT&T towers, just like typical AT&T Nation plans, so you don't roam anywhere in the US that I know of. At least... I don't recall ever roaming while I had my Net 10 or my Tracfone.

I should say on Graduation. Look... some of your students are Graduating. That's something, right? I can't believe some of the answers I've been reading on the tests though. That just floors me that these are people who are going to be treating me in hospitals.

Then again... Sunday I was asked by the Admissions nurse if I still 'ministrate'... And I was like "What?"... and then she 'dumbed it down' because she though I didn't know what the word meant, rather than realising that she didn't know how to pronounce (or probably spell.) menstruate. Thank goodness she wasn't doing more than taking my BP and temp! and writing down that I'd skipped my period last month.
