my dream house is for sale. I've wanted this house since I was a little girl. I say it every time I go to McDonald and when I'm home that's at least once a week. take the virtual tour if you can...and yes it's expensive but the weird thing...in looking this up i found that apparently mcDonald has NOT heard about the housing recession. This house is worth the money due to sheer size (and hey you get a carraige house too) but there were so many others 100K more with nowhere near the beauty or size. Strange since McDonald is kinda dumpy. This is what i'll buy when I win the lottery...and find a boy toy constructor to help me keep it up

Hmmm i think my h.s. reunion is in 2 weeks. I JUST got the invite. Um...WTF? Okay part of me wants to go since it's my 25th and the other part of me is like do I drive 4 hours and then back again on a work week for this? Yes I hated them all for the most part but I'm a masochist and I'm nosy. Most of them were utter failures at our 10th, still working the same job as they did in h.s. Yes, I know it makes me a bad person to hope this is still true but I went to h.s. full of Cordelia Chases...

Apropos of nothing, do not sit there and tell everyone that you're going to fail the class right in front of me especially when i know you haven't tried, we've taken no exams and you are so incompetent you didn't know how to use word or powerpoint and had to have your wife do it. Hell I'm shocked anyone was willing to marry your dumb ass.

OMFG the house is GORGEOUS! I love those kind of houses. Are they fucking kidding on the taxes though? That much in taxes PER MONTH????? When did places start charging a monthly property tax?

The house has some seriously amazing bones. I have my doubts on some of the "improvements" but those are all just window dressing... well and changing wall paper and "retrofitting" the bathroom with more period correct fixtures. ;)

I love it. Seriously gorgeous. A money pit to be sure, big old houses like that are a serious commitment, but GORGEOUS. (Mom sold the house that had been in our family for over a century. The couple that is fixing it up has their hands full... they still don't have a usable bathroom upstairs. They did make it onto "If These Walls Could Talk". We sold it as is, with some of the contents.)

oh yeah i'd have be the next stephanie meyers to actually BUY a place like this but i love them. However, the problem is while i'm handy enough in the house I am partially disabled and I can't look past the fact that sometimes my hand isn't up to the task (it spray foamed just fine though tonight)

Roy is getting this house the next time I need to put him into ambassador or Fuhrer roles...

Yay nice review :D And I was thinking the other week that my 10 year is coming up, but since I switch schools for my senior year I won;t get the invite for the one where I'd know everybody. Was a bit bummed about it since I'm also nosy and want to see how many of them are college drop outs and still living in Fitchburg (last I checked, many of them were).

OMG, that house!!! It's BEAUTIFUL!

I think the only thing I'd change (if I could ever imagine buying something like that) would be those weird green cabinet/walls in the dining room. The rest is PERFECT. My God, that front staircase! And the stained glass!!!
