no more rain. For that matter no being hotter than where i used to live in FL. It was one degree hotter here. I'm dying. The cats are NOT taking this well either. Kanda is lying on one side wheezing and Soul keeps throwing himself down melodramatically and making himself LONG. If you thought those flood pictures were bad. Don't worry there'll be more since it is SO MUCH worse now. The horses and cattle no longer even have land to go onto.

Saw the endocrinologist today. My blood sugar is still nonresponsive. I asked about the new pill but he's not seeing results. We talked about a third injectible but I'd like to avoid a third needle stick daily for now (though my sugar is so high tonight I'm regretting that). My cholesterol is good though EXCEPT for my GOOD cholesterol. It's 20 points to low. I 'm going to research that and see what I can do about it.


Last night at 1 AM. I realized I forgot to make an answer sheet for the test at 8 this morning. I was up til 2 making it then woke up a half hour before my alarm at 6. Got to work in time, got the test sort of set up. They don't know the heart. That scares me.



Day Twenty-Five: Favorite mother/daughter and/or sister relationship



This was SO hard. I couldn't even think of any I liked. I was going to wuss out and use Winry & Pinako or Marthat & Alexis but ELD suggested Marge and Lisa. It's a good choice.I love Lisa (I sort of AM Lisa). Marge is a pretty good mom. She doesn't always make the right choices but she tries her best with a very challenging family.

Yeah, it was hot in the city but when we went up to the barn, it was nice actually. We MIGHT get storms around midnight if they don't break up around the mountains.
