my brother and SiL came up for an early father's day. my brother is doing poorly. he did my first round of PT. OUCH.

now i feel as tired as if i walked here but before i go i was watching world's dumbest drivers. they showed a preview of a barsool on a push mower. i said 'hey look my neighbors.' sure enough the motorized barstool was from OH. check out his ride

I did that to my mother, taking her to the ER tonight. She howled every time I hit a bump. I felt bad.

I bet the motorized bar stool was the drunk's answer to getting around without being allowed to drive a car due to DUI arrests. We have a guy who rides around the neighborhood on a four-wheel ATV--not for sport, he looks like he's commuting to work on the thing. I'm willing to bet his driver's license is suspended. I _know_ the idiot brother of my next-door neighbor had his license suspended for DUI when he started showing up on a go-kart. Like either the go-kart or the ATV were legal for people with suspended licenses to drive. Or for anybody to drive on public streets, period.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the stairwell!!!! Dusting? Get big towel...load it down with Pledge, put it on railing, sit on it and slide down yelling WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the whole way. See....dusted and you had fun while doing so.

Potholes....after major surgery..*wince*...been there. Missouri's roads aren't exactly the best in the country. Fortunately the nurses at most hospitals know this, and were understanding when a spousal unit once requested "Give her extra for pain, we have an hour long trip to get home."

Wish there had been something amusing, like weird drivers, on the way home.

Well that is a GOOD thing! I don't recall sleeping at all on the long trip home from hospital, after hysterectomy, but I was so full of pain killers I really didn't care about the potholes. *lol*
