It's a gorgeous day. the humidity is gone. It's only 80 (which after being high 90's for so long feels actually pleasant for a change) and tonight it's going to be in the 50's. whoo hoo.I can sleep with the windows open and since I'm at my parents all i'll hear is crickets instead of 18 wheelers like at my place.

the cats did not go gently into that good night. Little bastards. Soul hid. Kanda ran around the couch (but being fat and asthmatic, he eventally tired). the groomer/kennel lady is going to look for a home for soul. Sigh.

It was a good drive here except my gastric paresis acted up so my stomach has this lead ball/nauseated thing going on for hours. Also I forgot my dirty clothes which i planned to wash at mom's.no big deal except I packed with the anticipation of having those clothes. d'oh.

On the drive i got no ideas for existing stories but a new idea pops up complete with my fascination of the castrati.





I think i shared this one before but it's pretty.I snapped it on my way back from the ghost tour, you know after they abandoned us a mile away from the starting point in the dark

We started the day down here with a crashing thunderstorm, thanks to the cool front that's given you that gorgeous weather up there. We don't get any actual cool weather, mind you, just storms as the cool front dukes it out with the solid, immovable wall of heat and humidity that blankets Florida from late April to late October. Sigh.

Parliament's lights are pretty, but on that imposing stone facade they seem a little like _lese majesty_.

Mentions of dirty clothes reminds me of the couple times I forget to bring my dirty clothes to home when I was staying at the dorms in my freshman year of university, haha.I have quite a lot of clothing, too. ._.
