I tried to stay away since it isn't finished, but I just couldn't help myself. I enjoyed the first chapter quite a bit. You do a great job with Buffy's POV and I liked the interaction among the different characters. I got a chuckle out of Buffy charging away to Angel's room.

Please tell me the rest is coming soon. I tend to sympathize with Buffy the most so I'm looking forward to finding out what she's got cooked up for Angel, Giles, et al. I have faith that it's going to be something good.

Loved this! Of course, I knew who the four demons would be as soon as I saw "the Destroyer", which only added to the fun!

I think they did have Gentlemen's Clubs in Victorian England - both the legal ones and the brothels,but maybe this is different from both?

I loved (to the third power) Giles in this story. Hilarious.

Just one little thing: somewhere in the story, you mistyped "noisily" - and instead typed, "nosily". It was in the paragraph about Connon throwing up.

Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it (thanks for the correction. I'll go fix that). Yes SPike would have had a gentleman's club but probably not to the degree we have now (And WIlliam strikes me as having been too shy to go)

Dana, loved this and I feel badly I wasn't able to do the beta. Apart from the whole worrisome thing with my dad, ny nose has been beeding for the last two days, so now the entire top of my head hurts. (And you have no idea who much fun it was to stand in the middle of my office while my nose gushed blood. And what's the appeal of the stuff to vampires? Tastes awful.)

Anyway, looking forward to reading part 2 - Buffy gets her revenge! And drunk Giles was a hoot.

DOn't worry about it. I know how RL can sidetrackyou and again I'm sorry about your dad and I hope you're okay. I've only ever had a nose bleed once. Dont' want another. RIght now my upper respiratory infection has sapped my will. I've got nothing written for anything.

I haven't even started part two but I know where it's going. Glad you liked it
