How fun is that?

Went to the beauty supply house, got a cool new color from Morgan Taylor. I hope it's as pretty as the sample.

I got my surgical clearance. I really wish I had another option. With mom out of commission for who knows how long, it seems stupid and unfair to have my surgery too. The doctor was very concerned with my sugar, my breathing and my stomach. Do you have a hiatal hernia? I think so but they said no. I can HEAR bowel sounds in your chest. Oh okay so yes to the hiatal hernia. No wonder why it was so hard to breathe. I want this to end but there is no end to chronic illness.

Still working on my novel. Still feeling like it's awful and I should just say screw it.

On the plus side I found a ton of things I'd like to do in San Antonio. While it wasn't my first choice, it could be fun. Here's hoping (yes I'm already planning for a trip literally a year away because that's what I do).

very fun! they said it was supposed to be peach or yellow or otherwise look different, but it doesn't (to us at least). but full moons are always special, IMO

and, no matter what, I'm glad you are cleared for surgery and getting that part done while you are home with your folks
