for the first time

i came home the day of surgery. they put a scopolamine patch for motion sickness on me and other anti-nausea meds and went light on the general anesthesia. i woke up quck still nauseaous but more meds helped.

the tendon is repaired and i have good pics of it. he saidit was a very unusual tear my parents said of course it is. it's Dana. he also said i have the bones of a20 year old, shocking.

at 1 am i was sorry i came home because the nerve block wore off. three vicodain and 1 oxycontin did shit for pain other than to make me nauseaous. wanted morphine. but excruciating pain aside i'm fine. typing one handed is hard so i'll give up now

While I'm sorry you're in pain & not feeling well, I'm glad the surgery went well and it's fixed. Feel better and update as soon as you feel up to it. (If it takes "forever" it takes "forever") *careful huggles*
