I'm ready for my arm to be removed. It's nasty painful but any time you're tearing through scar tissue that is the case. This is going to be a sucky couple of months.

Mom and I went shopping today. Macy's was having a huge sale. I got a replacement for my 1970s era electric skillet for 20 freaking dollars. How can I go wrong? I got a fantastic deep purple sheet set that oddly isn't on line so I can bore you with it. I also found a sweater jacket that was originally 60$ on sale for NINE bucks. And I had a coupon for more off...

I am not liking the futon sofas at Value city though. bleck. Sad since last year they did better. They had great accent chairs.

We also wentto Bahama Breeze for lunch which was so pricey for lunch it was hard to relax and enjoy it. I just got an appetizer (10 freaking dollars) of jerked shrimp. At least it was good.

I got my Amazon lost book replace overnighted here. They were taking no chances after the other one never arrived.


Wednesday Reading meme

What I just finished I just finished Prayers for the Dead by Faye Kellerman which was a pretty good mystery. And I finished No. 6 a fairly new manga, SF dystopia. I don't normally like dystopias but this is good. Introduced a new character, Dogkeeper and she seems able to speak to them.

What I'm reading now The latest Fairy Tail manga (well not the latest but the next in the series from where I am) and Vertigo 42 which is the first Richard Jury novel in 4 years and it fulfills my bingo spot for a title with a number.

What I plan to read who knows? Other than the next installment of Crimson Spell
