The power going out. It was out for 36 hours. It was 15 below last night. For once I was grateful the memory foam bed is so hot. I was comfortable but the apartment is a freezer. I love winter. I love snow. But I also love electricity. I'm now at the library and at the hotel because it was a catastrophic power failure expected to last until sunday. Kanda cried his eyes out in the hotel room and went under the bed. So long as he shuts up now....

So if you don't hear from me in a while, now you know why.

Having lived for 2 weeks without power thanks to Hurricane Sandy, I totally get your frustration! Hotel living gets tiresome after awhile, but it's better than freezing your arse off! XD
