I made a few new things for Easter this year. I liked the savory sweet potatoes, but I think I was the only one who did, but everyone loved the coconut bread-cake.

I wound up bringing the potatoes home, and I'll cut up the bit of ham I brought home, too, and take it for my lunch tomorrow.

The coconut bread was very good. Creamy. And with fresh fruit over it? Really yummy.
