And now I'm glad I did my buying yesterday because holy crap. I did forget batteries. Sigh.

I will say that I'm glad sometimes that I work where I do. four faculty members were at my friend's house helping her out tonight. We might be a crappy school some days but for the most part it is staffed by very good people. It's nice to see.

They prophyllactically canceled school tomorrow from Noon on. I work 8-noon. Whee. Bet no one shows up. I keep hoping they'll just cancel the day. I mean I COULD but if I do it, I lose pay. If they do it....


Speaking of pay, lucky uncle won 6,500$ last week at the casino. Tonight he and Mom were there and he won 10 grand. I love Lucky Uncle but some days I hate him :-) I wish I had that horseshoe he has up his butt.

Man, Lucky Uncle is so lucky it hurts.

It's nice to work with good people, I agree. And that helps out with a lot of stuff. Unfortunately, not everything.

I should go out now and get stuff from my house. It's likely going to be another weekend at Mom's if the weather's as bad as they're saying it's going to be.

Obviously, whatever you were in your past life, Lucky Uncle wasn't.

We didn't get nearly as much snow as they threatened locally, despite it snowing pretty much from three a.m. 'til three p.m. I'm almost disappointed.
