Pain is better

The injection pain is better and the hip is feeling pretty good. That's steroids for you. Still sitting long brings the pain back. I didn't get to do PT today because I got home so late.

Because I went to see Deadpool. It was so much. More than I expected to be honest. Ryan Reynolds has a nice ass. I haven't read an X-Men in about a decade. Is Megatronic Teenaged Warhead REALLY a new X-Men? What a stupid ass name.

The student research is well and truly underway. I'm excited.

I got the name of the editor to talk to about transfering Soldiers of the Sun. I'll contact her tomorrow when my brain is awake. Wish me luck. I need it. Please.

I did get to 200 words last night so goal met. Here's to getting another 100 tonight in spite of being exhausted. I woke up at 4 AM and could not go back to sleep. It was like I took a 2 hour nap. I did dream that I was taking sticks of butter out of the freezer and using them as deodorant. The weirdest part was the butter was soft....

Glad your hip is feeling better.

I dunno if I want to see Deapool or not. I have friends who are gaga for it, but I never read the comic and I'm kinda paralyzed by not caring about the movie.

i was completely unfamiliar with him too. I'm sure I have some Cable and X-Men with him in it but I had no memory of it.

That said I thought the movie was tons of fun, very violent, more nudity than really necessary and the language is over the top but still it was fun

Deadpool is gory, f-bomb ridden and yet manages to be a ton of fun (if a tad misogynistic at times). I'd see it again.
