Randomness and a mystery

Bought new pantyhose for hte interview. This is always an exercise in futility. So there I am, two pairs in hand, one that says it fits a lady my size and the other is one size bigger. I go for the bigger. I try them on today thinking if it's too big I'll swing by wal-mart before work tomorrow. Okay these ones are designed to fit a woman 6'0" and 280 pounds. I'm a few inches shy of 6 feet and I weigh nowhere near 280 pounds. I still can't get the crotch all the way up in these stupid things.

The mystery - Yesterday I woke up with a black eye but assumed it was allergies (they tend to break the capillaries around my eyes) Today I woke up more exhausted than when I went to bed. My head hurt when I brushed back my hair. I have a bruise on my forehead. Now I didn't fall out of bed nor has anyone swatted me. Explain this.

Pantyhose are invented by the devil! I don't know that they actually fit anyone!

I don't mean to alarm you, but unexplained bruising can be the first signs of serious illness. You should see a doctor immediately, and I mean no later than tomorrow.

Oh I AM a doctor. I know what it could be and I've been tested more times than I can count right down to biopsies. Idiopathic Leukoclastic vasculitis, that's what they call the bruising under my eyes. I.e. we don't know what the hell it is but my white blood cells eat my blood vessels but that looks different than the knot on my head. That is defnitely a contusion

as okay as I get (actually am kinda ill but no more so than any other day)
