Hailstorms, traffic jams and forests oh my

I'm in Raleigh. It was an easy drive except for the hail storm 15 miles outside of Mt Airy. That slowed me down just so I could hit the traffic outside of Winston-Salem for rush hour. It took me nearly 2 hours to go less than 60 miles. Weee. But I'm here, later than I thought but here.

The room is big and clean but a tad old. I was going to go meet them at the convention center (which had a line out the damn door already) but they were at dinner elsewhere and a couple had flight issues so I said see you tomorrow since it was now 8 pm and I hadn't had dinner.

The hotel suggested the ROyal India and their paneer shahi korma was yummy.

So I'm chilling, watching Archer and tomorrow starts relatively late so that's good. I'll go around 11:30 to give me time to park and get in before going to our table.

Oh and the kennel forgot to input Kanda's reservation (it was handwritten they finally found it) poor dude. I hope he enjoys the kitty hassock in his condo
