I went to my brother's to have him work on my hip. He was busy bbqing chicken and cod when I got there earlier in the morning than I wanted to be up. Ah well. He had four furry PTAs helping out when he had me on the floor. He was surprised at how out of place my right pelvis was. He got it straightened out which is what the orthopedist wanted. It was okay then but now it hurts. He said it would as all the muscles have to rearrange themselves.

He also gave me a series of exercises to do as PT again. It will help with the hip, I hope.

From there mom and I tried out La Cucina in Weirton on his suggestion. they had some very good pizza.

The rest of the day was lazy and uneventful except of course, Dad. He and mom are planning a trip out west and they were going over it. He called me back to look at something in Portland. As I was leaving the room Mom called me back to either look at my hip or to have me start dinner. I'll never know because he starts screaming 'forget about it. I'm done. I spent hours on this!' and went slamming out of the house. 5 minutes later he's back like nothing happened. As long as I live I'll never understand these bizarre outbursts or this need to be the absolute center of attention.

I'm sorry about Dad. *huggles* I wonder if there's something going on there that's causing his angry outbursts. Maybe talk to Mom & see if there's a pattern to it. You talk about his behavior a lot, not that that's bad, but this time really struck me as odd. He blew up & then it feels like a second later he's like nothing happened. I feel bad about you being the target of them, besides him choosing that awful behavior. *huggles*

Thanks. There is a life long pattern of this. His father was abusive, his grandfather worse and at 19 he had to take over caring for his mother and raising his 9 year old brother. I think a lot of it is he's arrested at that age

I have this issue off and on (it's what I hoped the surgery I didn't end up having) would correct. they never find anything other than gastritis
