That was some rain

It's been raining for days but today was HARD. The basement is taking in water again. Sigh. There's some pretty massive flooding around here.

Yesterday mom and I hit the mall again. Bought shorts without trying them on. Mistake, they need to go back. Oh well, another mall trip :-) We did try a new to us restaurant Cadillac Ranch. Good spicy shrimp wrap and for being new customers, they gave us a cookie and free appetizers next visit. They have an ahi tuna one. OOOOO.

We finished up staging Grandma's house. This is so hard, so much more than I expected. It's been in the family 101 years now.

Today was rough, trying to figure out the Max line so I can get around Portland. When I get frustrated I get snappy and whiney. I don't mean to. Mom wasn't helping. I was trying to look up one thing and she another, ie when I have to leave the hotel to get to where I need to be and she wasn't finding it and kept looking up something I already knew. Okay the first time, the third and fourth time I was getting upset.

So here comes Dad with 'want a little cheese?' (with that whine). I know he was joking but coming from someone who has spent the last week making a half dozen excel spreadsheets for HIS trip and losing his temper an equal number of times, it didn't go down well.

I know I'm too easily hurt. I also don't really feel free to talk about my depression with the parents because a) I don't want to worry them b) everything I do is wrong any how and c) I'm always 'attention seeking' with my health and I'm a hypochondriac.

I have no enthusiasm for this trip even though I know I'm going to see some really fun things
