That went well

We had a wealthy older couple in today who have donated $$$ in the past and want to do it again. THey met with some of the faculty. I was with them for a couple hours and they spoke to our research students. I will tell you this, those students shone like the sun. They spoke well about their research, their plans for the future and what our university meant to them. I was impressed. That couple was impressed (or so I think). I hope they will give us some $$$ and that we can do even better research.

My plans for Labor Day are shot. That haunted tour is sold out...until at least October. I have to talk to my brother to be sure he's NOT coming here for Bob Fest. I'll just do that when I go to the renn fest. I thought about driving out to the castle any how but that can wait too.

It's been 10 years since I've been to the COlumbus zoo and right now they're saying it'll be coolish over the weekend so I'm thinking the Zoo, the Book Loft and then the casino. That will be enough for one day and then I'll have the rest of the weekend to clean and write.


Speaking of writing, More than His Scars will in fact be in Love Wins anthology and I'll let you know when it'll be out (for CHristmas I know) as all money from this will benefit the Pulse shooting victims

And I just saw the cover for Once Upon the Time in the Old West. Can't wait until I'm allowed to reveal that. It'll also be out in December.

Three people went to view grandma's house today. that depresses the hell out of me.
