Customer Service Hell
Sep. 21st, 2005 01:28 pmIn other words I'm still pissed. On the upside I did get Verizon straightened away. They charged .35 cents a minute because I didn't chose a long distance plan (Um, yes I did, here's the confirmation # for the 5Cent a minute plan) they hadn't added on features I did purchase (no I didn't, I don't want them), and that they claim I reactivated my internet on 8/8 (no, that's when I canceled it and your own internet department has no clue why you'd think otherwise)
Sears - Called them today and read them the riot act. CSR #1 says I'll try to get you a gift certificate for this and then loses the call. CSR #2 says we're not allowed to do that once the store's been called and it's a privately run store. She calls them and is kind enough to NOT put me on the line. They claim it's not a restocking fee it's a delivery fee (on top of the other delivery fee) I said NO it's hand written on here a restocking fee. She talks to them again and they tell her they don't care what it's called I still owe them 75$ total. She's sending it to the district Manager. I'll be sending it to the Better Business Bureau once the manager is done (probably take until monday)
Yeah, another day of do NOT cross me.
